2532“Oscar Wilde is one of my favourite authors but my mum kind of reminds me of his quote a lot, because I get stressed out about a lot of things sometimes,” Sophie says in her audio clip.

”It’s kind of a thing that I have to remember, to calm myself down and put things into perspective.

”When I go to different places and feel overwhelmed to do so many different things, especially in Hong Kong, I think to do a few little things and enjoy them while they last. It’s a nice balance and keeps you calm.”
