084Foreign Language Friday: This Spaniard, who described himself as a “singer songwriter” asked what was happening while another SOTM shot was being taken on a lovely sunny day outside the Houses of Parliament at Westminster, London. All the other pictures have him looking straight at the film camera, but this one works best.
