"I recently lost my best friend in a tragic circumstance and everyday since, I am asked 'how am I doing? Everything will be ok' etc etc... I remember my mom used to say to me growing up that if I act like I am happy then slowly but surely I will become happy "Fake it till you make it' has always been my mantra in times of unhappiness and sadness."
