2370“So my mom was sick, she was dying of cancer,” says Eliza, who along with her fella, writes a travel blog.

”At some point we were having conversation and spending a lot of time together. We both shared a love for travel and writing and photography.

”I kept saying I didn’t know what I was going to do, about when to travel. She said this to me, saying there’s always going to be work and obligations. If you’re going to do it, you have to do it now.

”And so I did. I quit my job, and I’m travelling.”
