2459Ellie from Southport in England sent in this SOTM and shared her story too.

She wrote: "When i was 15-16 i went through really bad depression and attemtped twice to end my life, before this i was and still am i huge fan of Pierce The Veil, and in the their song 'Hold On Till May' there is a line that says 'Darlin you'll be okay'.

"Whenever i was feeling down i would listen to that song and that line would always be the line that stuck out to me.

"So ever since then, i have lived by those 4 words and told myself that in the future, whether it be near or and distant, that everything will be okay an that i will be happy."
